Kayak Snorkel Tour in Batemans Bay
Join us for an incredible kayak snorkel tour based in and around Batemans Bay! Our team will meet you at the start location, where we will issue all necessary equipment and provide a brief on our departure plan.
Dressed in wetsuits and with lifejackets on, we will stow our snorkel gear (supplied) into your kayak and provide a kayak lesson and safety briefing before launching and paddling away from shore.
Using our double kayaks, we will enjoy a short paddle across shallow kelp forests, sandy beaches, and anchor at our snorkel destination. Once there, you can slip out of your personal flotation devices and into your snorkel gear before sliding over the edge into the water.
The kayak makes a super fun platform for snorkeling, as we can access many great spots just offshore that are only accessible by watercraft. On the South Coast of NSW, we are lucky to have a variety of marine life and ecosystems, and we choose our snorkel spots based on wind and swell directions. Our guides will do their best to show you as much marine life as possible as we float through the kelp forests and rocky areas, snorkeling for up to 30 minutes.
After snorkeling, slide back into the kayaks and enjoy a hot drink and snack before paddling back to shore.
